HIROSHIMA/NAGASAKI About 150 people attended Nevada Desert Experience's August Desert Witness's Hiroshima Day event with keynote speaker Richard Rohr, who spoke Friday night and Saturday at Christ the King Church in Las Vegas. On Sunday, Fr. Rohr was the celebrant of the liturgy at the Nevada Test Site, where he first participated in a liturgy and protest 20 years ago. There were about 50 arrests for trespassing, as participants "crossed the line" in an act of nonviolent civil disobedience at the most nuked landscape on the planet.
