- A note from the editors.

Shortly after the last issue of the Nuclear Resister was finished, Felice travelled to Madison, Wisconsin to attend Sam Day's memorial service. It was a wonderful celebration of the life of this extraordinary man.

While there, a group of people active with the U.S. Campaign to Free Mordechai Vanunu met to talk about the future of the campaign. It was decided that the campaign office would move to Tucson, and that Felice would be the new campaign coordinator, with Jack and Art Laffin continuing as associate coordinators.

It is additional responsibility, but a natural extension of our work with the Nuclear Resister.

Due to the unexpected work of moving Vanunu campaign files, literature, etc. to Tucson, producing a campaign newsletter and getting a mailing out, this issue of the Nuclear Resister is a couple of weeks late. But we are still committed to publishing six issues this year!

After we are done mailing out this issue of the newsletter, we will work at re-arranging the Nuclear Resister office in our home to make room for a desk, file cabinet and shelves for the U.S. Campaign to Free Vanunu.

Please make note of the new address for the U.S. Campaign to Free Mordechai Vanunu, P.O. Box 43384, Tucson, AZ 85733. No, that is not a typo - the only p.o. box our post office had available was the one directly below the Nuclear Resister's p.o. box! The Nuclear Resister will be sharing its phone/fax with the Vanunu campaign, but the campaign has its own email: freevanunu@mindspring.com.

We were happy to learn that our daughter Emma got a partial scholarship to attend a Quaker Farm and Wilderness camp in Vermont this summer. It looks like we'll be driving across the U.S. this summer to take her to camp! Please contact us about any actions, demonstrations, conferences, etc. you know of in your area during the summer months.
