The Atlantic Life Community's Holy Innocents retreat in Washington, D.C., asked the question "Which Star Are We Following?" Fr. Peter Dougherty, Katie Berrigan and Kaitlin Gray were arrested, cited, and released, pending a date in U.S. District Court in Alexandria, Virginia, March 16. Five others who staged a die-in nearby and fifty other vigilers were not arrested.
The next day the activists, with some of their children, went to the Air & Space Museum, while thousands of holiday vacationers were visiting. The group briefly challenged the U.S. plans to "dominate space" in word and song. Museum security police soon ordered the group out, and actually led the adults and children, hand in hand, through the crowds as they sang. There were no arrests.
