HOLY INNOCENTS AT STRATCOM

        The 20th Annual Feast of the Holy Innocents Retreat and Line Crossing gathered about 30 people to Offutt Air Force Base, near Omaha, on December 28.  The base is home to StratCom headquarters, the U.S. nuclear war command and targeting center.  Seven people crossed the line and were detained by Air Force security.  All were issued ban and bar letters, then released.
